What happens once I register with Sure Start?
Once the Bangor Sure Start project receives the referral form, a staff member will contact the family to arrange to carry out a home visit for registration and to enable the family to find out more about the project.
This visit can be carried out in the family’s home or in a suitable venue for both parties.
Bangor Sure Start will work in partnership with the families to create an agreed pathway for involvement in services and programmes.
Each family will establish their own level of engagement with the project with the support and encouragement of the staff from Bangor Sure Start.
