We’re delighted to offer you the opportunity to avail of some resources as part of Parenting NI’s upcoming Parenting Week from 21st – 25th October 2019, which is being supported by the Northern Childcare Partnership, to highlight the important role parents play in children’s lives. This year the charity celebrate 40 years of supporting parents and 20 years of leading on Parenting Week. To mark the anniversaries, the theme for the week is Celebrating Parenting.
Please click on the links below to download resources which can be used with children, parents or both. The resources include fun activities for children and a PowerPoint which can be used with parents to share positive parenting messages and celebrate the amazing jobs they do every day as parents. Please tag us on your social media during Parenting Week to share your activities (@ParentingNI #ParentingWeek).
Parenting NI will be evaluating the effectiveness of these resources following Parents week and therefore we would encourage you to make use of them. Your feedback will help shape future resources and enable the partnership and Parenting NI to continuing providing similar initiatives going forward.
